Why does it say my services are restricted? Im trying to add an ipad to my current subscription
I have a sky account and im trying to purchase an ipad through sky to pay monthly but it says I have a restriction on my account?

Do you have an outstanding payment against Sky Marketplace ?
If not you will have to call Sky about this.
