Presumably you're making repayments against the agreed purchase price.
The same would be true for purchasers of those other models.
With phones on minimum two year terms but new models coming out each year, and premium range prices now hitting pretty much the maximum that users will cope with, any model purchased is going to be succeeded by another version at almost the same price rather rapidly.
