Why can't i enter tv/radio competitions from my phone?

My phone won't allow me to enter radio competitions, why is that?

Hi @Tracyl10e  if your monthly spend cap is set to zero or too low then the charge can't be made against your phone. Check the spend cap in your mobile account.

The entries are probably chargeable and your spend cap won't cover it?

There's no spend cap. I think those number are blocked. How do I unblock them?

Hi @Tracyl10e  open the my sky app, go to the mobile tab, go to your sim, tap on manage sim, tap on manage settings and you should be able to toggle the monthly spend cap on or off and set it at the level you want.

There isn't a monthly spend cap. Could it be a parental lock?...

Possibly @Tracyl10e  have you tried removing it ? You could also try setting a monthly cap to see if that works.
