Why can’t I select an option when making a voice call unless I switch phone on and off again first
I ring a number and get through I listen to the choices like press 1 or press 2 etc so I press 2 and the same welcome message repeats telling me to select 1 or 2 . Then I hang up switch my phone off and on again and try again and then it seems to work until next time I make a call. Also when I do get through to speak to someone they can't hear me as breaking up although I can hear them perfectly . So my phone is iPhone 14 but my husband is now having the same problems with his new iphone16. It's when we ring from home? They used to work fine but this has been happening for a few months.
