Hi @Lenisamuel20  there does seem to have been a few posts similar to yours lately, if you can't access it via the app or online then call sky on 150 so they can investigate and help you.

FYI, after seeing your post I successfully moved 3GB from my Piggybank onto my sim. I'd already moved 3GB to my sons sim on Monday so it seems to be a bit hit and miss.
