This week when I try to call both parents my phone is silent and they are able to answer but I'm not aware.
The only way I can call them and hear dialling tone is via the message app instead of the usual phone or contacts app

Thanks I've tried that and everything else.
It's related to call forwarding setting I think but when I try to disable it goes back to enabled again and says operator does not support disabling of call forwarding
