OK well it happened again as soon as I thought it was sorted. I rang 150....they just told me to reset network, which I've done a few times already. Also to pit it on airplane mode for a bit and back. In the meantime I've emailed a complaint.

We have passed the details onto to our support teams to be investigated.
Possible workaround: You may be able to complete the call by adding +44 or 0044 and missing out the first 0 of the telephone number. Providing you are in the UK, you will not be charged for making these calls, if they usually covered in your calling plan.
I'm going to mark the thread as answered so that others can see this update without having to read the entire thread. By marking the thread as answered, it doesn't mean that we've stopped investigating and will update the thread as soon as we know a fix has been implemented.

Doesn't matter who I'm trying to call it just keeps saying "sorry you are not allowed to call this person" I've got signal and I have turned My phone on and off.

Same here. I can receive calls but can't make any. Not ideal...

Tried to make a call from my sky mobile phone to be told im not allowed to call my son or daughter or anyone else in my phone as it has happens for eaxh call i try to make so im mot allows to call this number and to xheck my setting online then ends

My phone keeps saying
" you can't call this number, please check your settings online"
for every number in my contacts

I raised this issue with Sky at 8.30am this morning.
I'm glad I posted on here. Thought it was just my phone. My daughter is having the same issues but her hubby is also with Sky and he has no issues. Strange.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one with this problem. Have just been on the phone with sky and they weren't aware of any problems, mmmmm ! Obviously there is so they have sent it through to technical who will be in touch In the next 48hrs 🙄 let's hope it's all sorted soon!
