Why am I being charged for extra phone?

Hi, my estimated phone bill is double, I am being charged for phones I don't have?

Can someone please help me?

Think I have worked it out, it's because I have changed the billing date, doh case closed

No upgrades or swaps mate, they have double the four phones accounts on my bill.
