Where iw my Swap refund?

Mobile boxed up and returned.

Does refund go into account or used as Sky credit and how long does it take?

No updates at all or messages.

Anything owed to you will be added to your account as a credit so can be used to pay a future bill but this will not happen until the return phone has been inspected.
