Where is the credit agreement

I purchased a mobile phone last week and need to find my credit agreement to get a free gift, but I've done all the recommended ways to find it, but the mobile is not even on the next month's billing information

Your credit agreement can be found in your message centre:

If you can't find it then you should be able to use your Sky account number.

I've searched everywhere,  all I have is my sky tv broadband agreement and contact. Nothing for sky mobile, even though I got a email saying my mobile payments due, I clink on the ink and it takes me to mobile sales page.   Sorry for being a bit dumb

For the free gift as stated you should be able to use your Sky Mobile account number so try this.
