I ordered 2 phones online with Sky a Google Pixel 10 which arrived to day and an iPhone 16 which has not arrived even though under my orders it says it is, i rung sky mobile and a very rude man talked over me all the time just saying 3 to 4 week delay on that mate. So i hung up

please tell me this is not the case, when my order says it has been deliverd
