Where are my Galaxy watch and earbuds?

I have purchased a shiny new Samsung s24 FE from Sky and I was promised a free galaxy watch and earbuds. I haven't been sent a email online to get these items, what do I do?

As you can see here you have to put in your claim so have you done this:

 

https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/phones/samsung/samsung-galaxy-s24-fe-5g-with-galaxy-ai

 

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.
