When I phone Santander Banking the line won't connect. Phoned on another network which works fine . Santander have said there is no issue at their end so why won't my Sky mobile connect to Santander Banking .

If you have no issues making other calls then to get this investigated give Sky a call on 150.

When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.
