My WhatsApp and Snapchat will not send messages unless I am connected to WiFi. Tried all the usual trouble shooting methods, turning phone off and on again, turned WiFi off and on again, checked mobile data is on and I have enough etc. please help!
Hi, so some of them do and some don't, but I found out I had private relay on, which can apparently make it difficult for some apps. I took that feature off and now they all work. Thanks 🙂
