What to do if dhl keeps saying theres been a delay with my parcel from sky

I ordered a  new from sky and DHL keeps saying my parcel has been delayed to something happening in my area.  This has been going on for two weeks now

Try calling Sky and see if they are aware of an issue.

@John2912 Sky doesn't use DHL for deliveries they use DPD, did you order the device from Sky's website or was it ordered as part of a cold call to you?

I just looked it was DPD so my mistake. Every time I Tey track the parcel , the same message comes up that your parcel has been delayed due to something happening in the area.  This jas went on for 2 weeks now and I have tryed to get insomuch with DPD but I can never get to talk with a human,  ots a Christmas gift so I am I  a panick . When I go on to my sky account ot says my order was dispatched

Thank you for taking the time to reply as I will call sky first thing in the morning. I should of done that before now so I'll definitely call to fund out . Take care
