Your post, together with the thread title of What is Sky Email? doesn't make a lot of sense.
Sky email is operated in conjunction with Yahoo for users of Sky Broadband.
Regarding any order for a mobile device, after the two credit checks have been completed by Sky (it may take longer over a weekend) the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:

We have no insider knowledge regarding stock levels or delivery timescales. When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from DPD which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
