My latest Sky Mobile bill included a 76p charge for a n 11 sec call to an 0845 number which the bill describs as a UK Service Number. Why is this not within the unlimited calls?

From the tariff:
"Inclusive calls and texts to UK Mobile numbers (07) and calls to UK landline numbers (01, 02 and 03) only"
