Weak/no network signal

I am experiencing weak / no signal with My new Iphone 15 Pro. When I do get a signal it often downgrades to min service E.

I have followed all online recommendations:

Phone / Router restarts

Network Resets

Disable VPNs etc

Remove / replace SIM etc

Is there a known issue with this iPhone / ios 17 ?

I've been having exactly the same problem, it started this morning around 7:30am
