Wanting a swap but my phone has a virus

Hello.

I do not owe any money on my phone, but it has a virus. Would Sky refuse to accept it in a swap situation.  ?

If a swap is not possible. I would keep the phone and upgrade to a new one. On keeping my original sim,  am I right in thinking I can carry on

paying for my original plan and pay for the monthly fee for the new phone. ?

@Flower7  Almost certainly they'd reject it as the phone should be in full working order, you'll need  to get the virus removed yourself and ensure the device if fully reset.

Hi @Flower7  if you don't owe any money on your phone you can't swap. You can apply to buy a new phone.
