Want to change sky mobile payment date

I am trying to change my sky mobile payment date, but everything I click on the manage tab under mobile, it takes me back to the shop page. Any suggestions as to why this is happening?

How long have you been a Sky Mobile customer as you can not change the date until your first two bills have been paid.

 

As for the manage tab, did you link your mobile account and Sky ID as per this:
