Want to change number, told to buy a new plan
Hi. I rang 150 because I want to change my number. I was under the impression that I can still stay on my current plan. The agent told me it doesn't work like that, that I have to take out a new plan, she also said my current SIM card/number will get deactivated if I go for another plan.
I'm only paying £1.50 for this current plan and don't want to lose it.
is this really how it works when you want your number changed? Thank you

Re: Want to change number, told to buy a new plan
Certainly is as it isn't possible to change a number which is why you have to have a new that will come with a different number. Your current data plan might not be available hence you having to have another one if this is what you want to do.
