I did not get return label with my new iphone 15 pro. How do I request it since I have got only 11 days left now to return the phone. Secondly there is no human chat to get the issue solved. Please advise. Thanks

The return label would have been on the inside of the packaging your new iphone came in so if you need the label and/or the packaging you will need to call Sky and you can do this for free by using the 150 (just that) number and they will get it sent to you.

@Ginajohn The label should have been in the box the new phone came in but it's quite small

if you can't find it call 150 to request a new one
