I ordered a phone from @iSkyMobile couple days ago I've waited now 2 days for my old number to change over and it still isn't changed over, my old network has ended my sim so I can now no longer receive any messages on my old phone and sim and it still hasn't changed over to my sky phone, how long is this going to take please I need it asap

Is this number still active on your previous network as it does need to be otherwise it can not be transferred over.

Two days ago now, and it was working on my old phone up till today now it's gone off so I can no longer see any messages sent to the number I want to be sent too

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Mollie the fact that the old number stopped working today indicates the port is taking place now. Have you put the new sky sim in your phone ? Have you tried restarting the phone with your sky sim in ?

Hey, yes I've tired all this multiple times, it's still just saying 'waiting for activation' so I can text and call people now but no one is able to call me as it is saying 'dialled an incorrect number'.
