Waiting for days for number to be transferred to sky

During the sim activation they ask if you want to bring your old number over so I entered my PAC code. I have been waiting days and my old number has still not ported over. I am using my new SIM with the temporary number but it is not ideal. What can I do?

Hi @Fran75  just confirming you are transferring into sky from a different network ? have you tried to use the PAC again ? You could call sky on 150 to see what they say.

Thanks for responding. Yes, transferring from Giffgaff. I couldn't see anywhere to try to re-use my PAC code. I will try and call them.

The New Year could have delayed the number transfer and depending on when you did this the Christmas beak would have slowed this process up as well as number transfers would not have taken place on those days along with the weekend.
