I'm looking to upgrade and had a phone call from sky but needed to discuss options so arranged a call back that never happened just like the Tesco voucher I was supposed to recieve as compensation on another matter never came either!!!!

You will need to call Sky again if you don't want to just upgrade online. In case you’re not aware you aren’t addressing Sky here. This is primarily a customer helps customer forum so there’ll be no contact from Sky as a result of you posting on the here.
