Waited for my 16E for days but the expected delivery date is just "soon" - and ZERO updates....

I've waited 4 days with not a single email or change on the order screen.. Is it really that hard to provide us with basic information so that we're aware that the order IS going to process?? Why on earth are we given no information about the progression. I've been with Sky for under a week and I'm already slightly annoyed.

Hi @kingmod94  the latest on your order is what's showing in your order status. Sounds like sky are awaiting stock of your phone model. Any updates will show there. Unfortunately no one here can provide any more information.

As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

As customers?? But why is that? We have every right to know of the stock levels because that is literally one of the most valid questions people have when in demand of cetain stock. Giving absolutely no clarity on on the update process is such poor practice.

This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting here.

 

Stock levels will change on a daily, if not hourly, basis so an agent telling you the item is or isn't in stock could change within a very short time.,

Sure, but you'll have to ask Sky...  Give them a call for an update.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I have contacted Sky and they told me they cancelled my order.... Yet on the page it STILL shows that it's coming and when I asked why they said they didn't know or understand. I was even accused of lying despite having screenshots and a recorded video of it. 

 

Thankfully I switched back to Three and I got a much better deal so I can leave Sky. Apologies for misunderstanding how the community page works.
