Please explain a bit more what you mean, so is the phone number on your account that if needs be Sky can call you on or is this the phone number in your phone doesn't match the one shown on your online account ?

Have you recently moved to Sky from another provider or just taken out a new phone/SIM contract? If yes then have you asked the old provider for a PAC code in order to transfer your number to Sky? If yes then have you received an email saying the transfer is complete? If yes then you might need to manually update the number on your phone &/or do a network reset to show the transferred number. If you haven't yet received confirmation then it might be taking longer than usual.
If you haven't recently moved to Sky or taken out a new phone contract then has the number always shown incorrectly or is it a recent change? 
Have you swapped SIM cards with another phone (perhaps to check/test something)?

That doesn't really answer my questions as I need to know whether you've recently purchased a new phone/SIM card &/or transferred from another supplier. When you purchase a phone it usually comes with a SIM card, you can either use this which will activate with a new number or use a SIM card from another provider & & keep the number; you can also transfer the old number to Sky (from another provider) using a PAC code.
What makes you believe the number is incorrect?
