Voicemail

I'm getting very frustrated that all of a sudden my phone has started taking voice messages when I've had it turned off for years. I've gone back into settings numerous times recordings on give it half an hour then gone back into it again and selected to stop people leaving messages and yet people are still able to leave a message on my voicemail which I do not want. Please help provide information I have done everything I have found within the forum dial in Free 59 I believe it's option free option five and option one and yet people are still able to leave me voicemails

It can't be turned off totally but to stop messages being left turn the message recording mode off.

On your Sky mobile

1. Dial 759.
2. Press 3.
3. Press 5.
4. Press 1.

If that fails you may need to call Sky. Just dial 150 from your Sky mobile.
