Voicemail has stopped working on both my and my wife's iPhones. If anyone calls on mobile and we don't answer the caller receives a message to say we are not available and to call back later. If anyone calls on a landline their phone just rings out. If the phone is switched off or the call is declined they go through to voicemail. Does anyone know how to fix this? Have switched off voicemail and back on. Have tried to adjust the number of rings before a calll goes to voicemail and an error message comes up

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out morePretty much all you can do is to report it to Sky so they can investigate for you. 150 is the number to call them on.
