How can I view my data usage

Hi @izzyrw6  to see how much you have used login to your account or use the my sky app, tap on your sim and it will show you what you have used/how much you have left for that month. Use your phones data monitor to see what's been using it, but you will need to reset it each month to see how much is used in each cycle.

Not showing anything but I've only just moved to them so maybe that's why

You will need to give it a few days to start tracking your data.

I have been with sky moblie for a few weeks now. I can't how much data I have used via the sky go app. I have tried linking the SIM & account but it is telling me the account is already linked. When I log on to my sky account I can see how much data has been used. But I don't want to log on to my laptop every time I want to see this.

Hi @Bear0121  you should be using the My Sky app not Sky Go.

Are you saying that when using the MySky app you can not see your mobile account at all ?

Yes. I can't see calls, data,text .anything.
