I have been trying to access my new credit agreement but cannot get my details to stay on screen for more than 3 seconds so I can't see it. This problem has been ongoing for some time now and I have been having numerous "help" sessions on the phone with Sky. I have cleared my browser cache and done everything I have been asked to try.
I see there have been others with the same problem here but has anyone found a solution?

Yes I have tried everything and on the phone today I was told this is a known fault with some accounts and there are no answers to fixing it yet.

Find out moreTo see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
