Please let me know the value of an iPhone 6 if I swap it in

You're asking other customers here but I wouldn't be surprised if it's worth next to nothing.  (Tens of pounds at most). Indeed, you can only 'swap' during an active plan.

There are a number of firms that give cash for devices - check their websites and estimates.  They were last sold new in 2016.

Given the 6 was released a decade ago, it's almost certainly worth more as an inactive collectable than an actual bit of technology.

They are, somewhat crazily, being sold on a certain auction site for anything between £30-£80.

Stick an apple logo on anything and treble your asking price😀
