VOLTE Calling (4G) not working between Pixel handset to iPhones

When VOLTE Calling (4G Calling) is enabled on my Pixel 9 Pro (Android device), I am unable to call any iPhone, however if I call another Android device (e.g. Pixel or Samsung) it works fine.  A workaround is to disable 4G Calling on the Pixel, but this impacts the call quality.

All impacted iPhone users have performed a mobile network settings reset, removed and then installed their SIM card again, checked with their mobile operator of no issues, no call blocking is in place and occurs no matter where they are geographically, each time with 100% signal.
