When phoning Virgin Money and using their telephone banking, any key press (i.e. press '1' for......; press '2' for ....etc, etc) doesn't work. The tone is set to on, but the virgin money banking app isn't receiving the input.
I resorted to speaking using the live chat and he asked me what network I was with and when I told him 'Sky' he replied their is a problem with their network.
How can i get this resolved?
