Using piggy bank to upgrade & reducing bill

Hi, 

It seems nearly impossible to actually talk to someone from sky so hoping this works 🤞🏼

I have nearly 700gb in my piggy bank. I'm looking to use this for either an upgrade or to use it to reduce my bill. 

I'm paying £18 a month for 50gb and looking at going down to 4gb so I can use the piggy bank. But is it possible to have a 100mb sim? I have it on my iPad and (it's been increased) costs £1 a month. 

My phone has some problems charging so another option I'm considering is using the piggy bank to help with upgrading. Is there an option to be able to use all 700gb?

Hi @Megels  if the 100m sim isn't showing as an option for you when changing your mix then no you can't get one. Sky limit the amount of data than can be traded and you can't use your full 700 G. It does vary from month to month sometimes, normally around the 60-100G range to £5 roughly off you bill.
