I have the same problem Sky sent me a new SIM card and still never worked. I’m sick to death of this issue. My wife has a phone with sky and that works fine but mine and my sons don’t!! We’ve even got a new phone since the first time we were abroad and new phone doesn’t work either. It’s got to be something on Skys side not the phones!!

I've been all over Europe my wife doesn't have a spend cap at all but hers worked! I have a £60 spend cap and still doesn't work. Didn't even work in Ireland about 2 mile over the border.
I've been to USA Poland,Germany, Holland France, Spain, Switzerland and Italy never worked on either I've had to buy local SIM cards everytime. I'm going to Thailand in may and require this sorted or I will be cancelling my contract as you're not supplying what you said I'd get.

As you can clealry see I don't work for Sky so feel free to cancel if you want.
Try increasing the spend cap if you can or not setting one like your wife.

Thought you worked for sky sorry. The 1st time I went abroad I didn't have a spend cap and once I came back I upped it but still doesn't work
