Using our mobile in New Zealanc

Hi, we’re traveling to New Zealand for 1 month. How can we use data cost effectively over there?

Hi @AlThomp  it will cost £2 for 24 hours use of your home allowance and piggybank. Use free local WiFi as much as possible to keep costs down.

Use a local sim from out there because with Sky it will cost you £2 per 24 hours use. The charge will allow you to access you usual sim package for 24 hours before you are then charged again for another 24 hours and so on:

The £2 pass activates automatically when you're in one of the Roaming Passport Plus destinations and you:

  • make a call; or
  • send a text (SMS); or
  • use data (10MB or more a day)
