Useless company ., now no phone access for a disabled customer, disgraceful

Problems with SIM card so Dky sent a new one.  Spoke in the phone and I did all I was told.  
then can't use the mobile says it's not registered 

I use my landline to ring Sky and get an extremely unhelpful guy who says hold on I will get someone to help, it will only be a minute.

20 minutes later the battery dies in the landline phone.

 

so here I am disabled, no phone contact shoukd I have an emergency.  It's Saturday so now I have to wait until Monday to see if someone can run me to town to the shop.

tried using the website but that supposed assistant is useless 

 

How am I supposed to contact Sky!  I am now left disabled with no phone contact .. is that duty of care to a customer? 
I don't think so

 

I am likely to cancel all my equipment if I don't get help!

@ANNAMAYWONG  Did you activate the replacement si m at all?  Replacement SIM card or eSIM | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com

What shop? Are you referring to a Sky Store?

Hopefully your landline handset is now fully charged again and you can call Sky again if you still need some help.

There is a phone shop where I bought the phone and I think they still are Sky.

no the lsndl7be is nit chargin* up sufficiently.

i did everything the girl said snd the mobile shows the correct phone no etc so I don't 7bderstsbd what it says it's not registered after all the info being out in.

I have been a Sky customer gp for a long time but I'm not happy with the lack of service.  This has been going in fir days since the sun was not working properly in the week
