When I upgrade do I keep my unused data?

Hi @Mijulie  yes as long as you keep your account open you keep your data. It does expire 3 years after it was saved if not used before then.

Upgrade what?

 

Your SIM has data allocated to it - this doesn't change when changing the phone.  (And your piggybank remains on your account)

All you need to do is to upgrade your phone and put the sim in your new phone once you have got it.
