Hi,
Im upgrading my Sky mobile, keeping my exsisting phone and upgrading to a new model.
I would also like to update my data plan as there are better options available.
If i order the new phone and data plan via the website, i will recieve my new phone and new sim card.
My questions are:
How to i cancel my old data plan or is this done automatically? (if i have to call someone what is the number)
How do i keep my number or is this done automatically?
The details dont seem to be clear for someone who has finsihed there terms and wanting to change.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo cancel a sim the free number to call Sky on is just 150. If you do cancel it the number will be lost as a new sim will come with a new number. You can't actually transfer a number from one Sky sim to another Sky sim. The only way around this would be to transfer it to a PAYG network then transfer it back to the new Sky sim.
