Upgrading mobile though app or website not working

Trying to upgrade mobile but neither site or app are not working, why have them if you can't do what you want quickly or have to wait for hours to phone sky

Hi @Modeman  if you are getting the same on other browsers then your only option is to call on 150. You aren't talking to sky CS here, just fellow customers.
