I'm going to do my upgrade now - the remaining balance I'm going to pay and keep my old phone.
My question is; does the remaining amount have to be paid straight away once the upgrade has been processed or does it get added to the next bill?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you owe an amount against the device then it is added to your next available bill. So if your next bill is due to be paid in the next 14 days or less then it might not be added to that one but will be on the following bill.
