Upgrading but not receiving a valuation for my old phone

I'm looking at upgrading a phone and during the swap process, after selecting what I'd like, the valuation bit is bypassed and I'm taken straight to the agreement/checkout phase. Does anyone know why?

You might want to give Sky a call tomorrow about this on 150 so they can talk you through this.

How long is there before the phone is paid off ?

04 Feb 2026 is the credit agreement end date, currently £173 outstanding.

ok will do, thanks @caesarome 

I'm also needing to change my subscription (all I want to do is cancel the Kids channels) but am going round in circles on the My Sky App website and on SkyQ so a phonecall seems inevitable.
