I'm looking at upgrading a phone and during the swap process, after selecting what I'd like, the valuation bit is bypassed and I'm taken straight to the agreement/checkout phase. Does anyone know why?

I'm also needing to change my subscription (all I want to do is cancel the Kids channels) but am going round in circles on the My Sky App website and on SkyQ so a phonecall seems inevitable.
