As out of contract, I decided to upgrade my mobile. Transferred everything over to my new phone and everything seemed ok. As soon as I left the house, an error came up to say unregistered network. Seems my new phone only works when connected to WiFi. Spent over an hour on the phone with being transferred to 4 different people to be told my phone has been blacklisted and case has been escalated. They can't tell me why it has been blacklisted or when I'll get a call back but that it will be within the next 48hrs. Has anyone else had this and what was the outcome?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreQuite possible it's a returned phone which was resent out. Sky should either unblock the phone (if possible) or send you another.
