Upgraded my phone a month ago but still not received it...

Hi 

 

I upgraded my phone a month ago and it is still sending pending delivery with no estimated time it will be to me. I ordered the Apple Iphone 16 Pro.

 

I spoke to them last week and they told me all colours were out of stock with no time scales at all when they would be in stock.

 

Anyone else in a similar situation?

A few people have posted on here over the last few days with the same issue with the iPhone 16 models and presumably this is happening due to the iPhone 17 being launched this week.
