Hi I’m looking for some help, I upgraded my apple iPhone 12 ( or so I thought to my knowledge) to a apple iPhone 14 plus, I activated the sim and was given a new number etc and when I looked at my sky mobile app it says I’m still being charged for the old iPhone 12 sim which is £16 per month as the contract had ended and I was paying only for the plan and not the device. Now my bill includes the apple iPhone 14 plus bill and the iPhone 12s bill. I’d like to find out how to go about cancelling the iPhone 12s plan as I will no longer have use for the phone or the plan.

Find out moreYou might have gone about this wrong because when you upgraded because if you didn't want a new sim with a new number you didn't have to order it or you could not have activated it so as you did and you don't want to be paying for two sims you will need to call Sky on the free 150 number and ask them to either cancel this one you activated or the other sim and number that you had in your other phone that you did upgrade.
