I've been paying for a year and 3 months and I'm trying to upgrade and my credit score is failing

Hi @George+Eduard  if your failing the credit check there is nothing you can do other than make sure all the details on your credit file are correct and keeping up with all other payments etc. Multiple applications won't help.
