My sim recently expired and I did nothing, so I guess it's just rolling over as before. Though on iPhone 13 the agreement is not up untill next September. So what if I wanted to upgrade now, is it possible and what happens with my old phone?

Find out moreHi @MisterD007 you have two options if you want to upgrade your phone (provided you are at your swap time which is 12 months on swap 12 and 24 months on swap 24) you can send your phone back and if in good condition then that pays off the balance or upgrade without swapping and the balance is added to your next bill.

The sim doesn't actually expire unless you leave Sky so it gets cancelled but if you took it out when there was a promotional offer on it then it is this that will have expired.

Hi and thanks.
A month or so ago I was offered a swap deal and the chap from Sky mobile was supposed call back though never did. Since then, when I log onto my sky app the swap deal has disappared and I've left messages for sky to get in touch.
