Upgrade

I want to upgrade a device however I want to know if I upgrade it now, having just paid the monthly direct debit for the other device, whether this will be taken off the new monthly cost, or will I have to pay double. In which case would it be worth waiting until the end of the month?

Hi @Nibs64  the amount you have just paid will come off the balance of that device, when you upgrade/swap sky will give a value for that device to go against the balance left to pay. If it's more than the balance then it's credited to your account, if it's less then the balance is added to your next bill. If you get a new device the first bill is paid about 13 days after you receive it.
